Hi All,

We have over 100 combined TC and SP systems on one network that by and large work trouble free. However, we have just had our third instance of four channels locking up on the TC. The symptoms are that the first or second group of 4 chanels will show -100 on the input meters. The other 4 channels will show -40/-50 background noise. All parameters (channel on, mute, gain, AEC etc) are the same on all channels.

We have a simple RS232 controller on each sstem that sends commands to recall presets only.

The fix so far has been to do a power on/reset via Telnet "RESTART 0 DEVICE".

I would appreciate any feedback from other users to see whether anyone else is experienciing this issue.
