New Firmware available for Audia and Nexia

Hi Everyone,

There is new firmware for Audia Flex and Solo, and Nexia available on the BiAmp web site.

I had ticked the relevant boxes in my account details to advise me of updates but appears to be not working like it used to .

If anyone else has the same problem then post a message to advise BiAmp of a glitch in their email post .

Hi Garth,


I to have not received an update for some time regarding software or firmware. I had asked Biamp about this and some how I was placed on the do not mail list some how. After speaking with a few people at Biamp I was suppose to be back on the mailing list but have yet to see anything come through.


So I still look once a week to see if there are any updates, a pain YES but the only way to get my updates as they come out. So if anyone knows how to get the e-mail updates again please let me know :)

Hi Garth and Kris,

Wondering is you received the email notification that was sent out 6 Feb 2009 regarding the firmware update? The email was sent to anyone who is registered on biamp.com and requested to receive communications from us. Here's a few things that may help troubleshoot the issue:


  • The sender is: Biamp Systems biampinfo@biamp.com.
  • If you find the email in your SPAM or junk mail folders, please add Biamp Systems biampinfo@biamp.com to your safe list.
  • If you did not receive it at all please make sure you are registered on our website and that you have given us permission to send you communications.
  • If you are registered and opted into the communications, you may have unsubscribed from the email communications at some point. If someone unsubscribes to any email communication from Biamp Systems, they are supressed from future communications, regardless of the content.

I'm sure we can sort this out and get youback on the list. Feel free to contact me at mailto:gnapoli@biamp.com and I'll check to see if your email is on the supressed list.

To Gina,

Yes I did get the email on the 7th February as we are a day ahead etc.

I regularly check for updates(once a week mainly) and saw that it had been available since the 3rd.

I guess I was really wondering why it took 3 days before you emailed people about it.

And as general heads up for those that did not get it,to make sure they had their details correct with Biamp.

Just keeping this great community informed.

I have yet to receive an e-mail but I do remember you were looking into why I had stopped receiving them and I was then put back on the send list, Now I had asked our friendly IT guys to see if it was still blocked but they seem to say that it is not on any SPAM/Un safe sender list so I am still at a loss as to why I do not get them.


So any further help would be appreciated. Thanks again for all of your help.
