Vocia devices all have their own Firmware versions. If you are updating firmware to devices that cannot communicate via IP (all devices except an MS-1) you would simply update firmware via the CobraNet Network. Firmware updates are done from the Tools / Update Firmware section of the software. It should be noted that if you need to update MS-1 firmware you will need to do that upgrade via IP.
