We have a Audia Flex with a VoIP-2 card installed and it is functioning properly with our Cisco call manager enviroment. Currently we can only place a single call and cannot conference. Our implementor suggested talking with Cisco about a code string that needs to be sent to the VoIP system which would allow a hook flash capability and they could program the code into our Crestron controller. We open a TAC case with Cisco for assistance and they cannot provide the code. I was wondering if anyonehas this capability working and if they new the magic string to make it work?
