Hello all,

I just received email from one of our other offices that they had to get an updated version of firmware for Nexia as there was some audio artifact that was happening. I was wondering if this is also going to come up with the Audia firmware as well or if it was isolated to Nexia only?

Thanks,

Kris

We did discover an audio artifact bug with Nexia firmware 1.670. This only affected the AEC input channels on Nexia TC/VC when used in multi-unit systems. We quickly identified this issue and released firmware version 1.680 yesterday to resolve this.

This problem does not affect Audia at all. Feel free to upgrade to the latest Audia firmware 4.660 which supports the new Sona AEC algorithm.

Please feel free to contact us directly at support@biamp.com or 800-826-1457 to discuss further if necessary.

Thanks!
