Does the pink noise in Audia or Nexia products have an audible looping point? I'd like to know if the generators could be used as 24-7-365 in a noise masking system

Thanks for the assistance

The pink noise generator loops every 24 hours.

Normally the noise generators in DSP units are pseudo random sequence generators. This is just a mathematical function that generates an unpredictable "next value".

The sequence does repeat after some length of time. When generating 48000 new values each second with a 24bit generator, the sequence , repeats roughly every 6 minutes.

I'm not sure the size of the Biamp generator, but rest assured there is no "break" or gap, as the sequence is continuous, and the noise filtering suppresses any cyclic tendencies.
